A connected observatory
Data & archives.
A lasting primary archive, a smaller recent cloud copy.
Keep every original reading.
The primary PostgreSQL archive keeps full history. Website queries use this archive, including periods older than the recent cloud copy.
Open primary archiveSupabase Free · 30 / 45 / 60 days
No automatic raw-data expiry
The recent copy is not the query source
History stays beyond the cloud window.
Primary storage runs on the archive computer. Live queries require it to be online. A failed connection is shown explicitly; recent cloud data never silently replaces the full archive.
Make room for the next reading
Plans for 500–800 bytes per row, based on a locally benchmarked schema with robust sample identity and essential indexes. Database baseline, summaries, and extra indexes are additional. This is not a measurement of a real database.
Only the recent copy expires.
The primary archive preserves every raw reading. A recent Supabase copy is eligible for expiry only after matching primary identity and payload verification. Keep verified independent backups of the primary database. The controls above calculate a preview; live policy changes require authenticated administration.

Eight environmental quantities
Temperature, humidity, pressure, wind speed, wind direction, PM2.5, PM10, and noise. This interface adds no unsupported rainfall, forecast, energy, or health measurements.
Designed for accessible monitoring
A responsive interface with interactive multi-year history, explicit units, a permanent primary archive and a bounded recent cloud copy. The current public demonstration uses synthetic data and original conceptual artwork.
